WowKeren - KBS Drama Awards 2016 akhirnya digelar pada Sabtu (31/12). Ajang penghargaan tahunan ini pun dihadiri oleh sederet bintang papan atas Korea yang meramaikan drama KBS tahun 2016.

Sesuai dugaan, pemain utama "Descendants of the Sun" berhasil membawa pulang piala Daesang atau Grand Awards. Menariknya, KBS langsung memberikan penghargaan tertinggi itu kepada kedua pemain sekaligus yakni Song Joong Ki dan Song Hye Kyo.

"Descendants of the Sun" juga memborong banyak piala lain di ajang ini. Beberapa penghargaan yang berhasil diraih itu antara lain Excellence Actress, Best New Actress, Best Couples hingga Best Screenwriter.

Selain "Descendants of the Sun", drama rating tinggi seperti "Love In Moonlight" juga meraih beberapa penghargaan sekaligus. Drama ini berhasil menempatkan pemainnya sebagai peraih Top Excellence Actor, Excellence Actress, Best Child Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best New Actor, Best Couple dan Netizen Award.
