WowKeren - Sosialita cantik sekaligus bos es krim Dita Soedarjo sempat mengunggah foto bersama Michelle Yeoh. Tak disangka, tunangan Denny Sumargo itu mengenal dekat sosok Michelle yang sedang disorot karena perannya sebagai Eleanor Young di "Crazy Rich Asians".

Calon istri Denny itu mengaku kalau ia mengenal Michelle karena terlibat kegiatan amal bersama. Meski tak terlalu akrab, Dita memuji kepribadian aktris senior asal Malaysia tersebut.

"Terakhir ketemu di Bali, sebelum itu di Paris. Dia baik, rendah hati, kerja keras, suka banget charity sama women empowerment stuff. Dia baik," puji Dita saat diwawancara oleh detikHot. "Dia masih bekerja dan aktif di kegiatan amal. Jadi pembicara."

Finally had the time to watch #crazyrichasiansmovie yesterday. Congrats forever young and one of my fav actress of all time and a great person to talk too @michelleyeoh_official! Im so sad i missed the premier in spore :( but hope to see u soon next month?? My fav line is what she said on how we have to focus the things above and not focus on earth and wordliness because when will the world ever be enough if we seek whats here? And only heaven has the answer to all our hearts longing and cries. We are made for eternity and not for this world. The love of whats on earth is always so tempting to me and something i struggle with but i never fail to see only the love for God in Jesus Christ and His words can truly satisfies me and has what im really looking for not just temporary fix. The movie reminds me not to be blinded by things like money and power and the glamorous life people aim for because it wont be the answer if your looking for true long lasting happiness. Never think money, power, top of your career is the solution to all your problems or love is the solution to all your problems because even if we are with someone with truly love, theres bound to be problems like we learn from astrid in this movie. Cultural norms, peoples expectations and pressure and shallow judgements and assumptions is also potrayed well in this movie and it reminds me not to be swayed by those things because i am made much more than just for earth, my real home is not here but heaven. Kehidupan Dita sendiri juga sedikit mirip dengan karakter di kisah "Crazy Rich Asians". Ia bahkan dianggap mirip dengan Astrid Leong (Gemma Chan yang merupakan sepupu karakter utama Nick Young.

Dikisahkan Astrid menikahi pria yang tak berasal dari kalangan kaya raya. Demi harga diri suaminya, Astrid berusaha menyembunyikan kebiasaannya sebagai orang kaya. Sayangnya sang suami malah berselingkuh dan membuat Astrid sakit hati.

Dita mengaku kalau ia dan Astrid punya kesamaan sifat. Meski begitu, ia berharap tak senasib dengan Astrid yang terluka karena ulah suaminya.

"Semoga cerita saya nggak berakhir seperti dia. Tapi saya suka karena dia memang suka anak kecil, kayak saya," kata Dita. "Nggak menilai orang dari materi dan dia tahu how to make time for her kids, I think, itu penting. Astrid itu tahu hidup nggak semua soal materi. Dia modern tapi juga masih mau menghargai dan akan melakukan semua hal untuk keluarga dia dan sayang anak-anak, juga dekat sama neneknya."
